Éclipse
This is Old School Cheesery's take on a vegetable ash covered Brie. Brie is a classic cheese of French origin, made of whole milk. It has a white, velvety, bloomy rind, and a smooth, flowing, light-yellow interior. Its rich, creamy flavour hints of butter, mushroom and hazelnut. It is both subtle and tangy in taste. The vegetable ash adds a striking appearance, as well as a smokey flavour.
