Curds
Fresh cheese curds are often eaten as a snack, as finger food, or an appetizer. They may be served alone, dressed with an additional flavor, or with another food, such as french fries and gravy (Poutine!). At Old School Cheesery, we offer, aside from the regular curds of course, flavoured fresh curds such as garlic, dill, chipotle, peppercorn and BBQ seasoned.

Délicieux fromage! Déménager dans l'Ouest et trouver des super crottes de fromages qui font "Squish Squish" comme à Québec pour faire de délicieuse poutine, ça vaux de l'OR!!! Sans compter tous leurs autres succulents fromages!! Big RAVE to Old School Cheesery!!!
